Grown locally in Gipuzkoa, in Spain’s Basque Country, guindillas are a staple of Basque cuisine. Preserved in vinegar, these mellow little peppers are appreciated for their sweetness and unique flavors.
Guindillas can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with cold meats (as an alternative to gherkins). Guindillas can also be fried in olive oil to accompany meat or fish dishes. Spice up your everyday life!
