Made in our kitchen in Espelette in the heart of the Basque Country, our Gorritxup (spicy ketchup) is a sweet and tangy blend of tomato paste, Espelette chilli pepper puree and four spices: cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Our Espelette chilli Gorritxup is the perfect accompaniment to pasta, rice, chips, grilled meats or homemade burgers!
