Description
Made in our kitchen in Espelette in the heart of the Basque Country, our Espelette chilli jam is a delicious sweet and spicy preparation that combines the spicy, fruity flavour of espelette chilli with the sweetness of sugar, tomato and capsicum.
Use it for the aperatif as a sweet and sour sauce or chutney to accompany samosas, egg rolls or raw vegetables. Espelette chilli jam is also the perfect gourmet accompaniment for your barbecue and plancha evenings: brush it on your ribs, duck breast and kebabs. Our chilli jam can also be used in marinades, tartars and fish ceviches.
