Unprocessed and unheated, this delicate honey is delicious in natural yoghurt, on warm goats chees toasts, fantastic for caramelizing vegetables and will enrichen all your favourite dishes.

“Artisanal honey from a producer based in the commune of Itxassou,
Julien works exclusively with the “erle beltza” (in Basque) black bee. Julien also farms a few hives in several parts of Labourd and Basse Navarre, to diversify his production.
The honey is neither processed nor heated; it is extracted exclusively with an extractor and then filtered. The honey is then left to settle for a few days before being packaged in jars.
Sweeten your natural yoghurt, top your warm goat’s cheese toasts and make all your salads even more delicious with this honey. It can also be used to caramelize vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, capsicums…).
