Our Espelette chilli caviar is made from the flesh and pulp of the Espelette chilli pepper. The pulp has the particularity of expressing the natural flavours of the chilli pepper…strength of character and fruity aromas.

Description

Made in our kitchen in Espelette, in the heart of the Basque Country, our Espelette chilli pepper caviar is processed from chillies freshly harvested from our fields during the picking season. Slowly cooked in a cauldron, the chilli flesh is finely reduced to a beautiful fiery colour and creamy texture. Strong in character and extremely fragrant, caviar is the ideal condiment to enhance your dishes and sauces.
Add a dash of caviar during cooking to your veloutés and simmered dishes to give them intensity and flavour. Add colour to your guacamoles and mayonnaises. Use our chilli caviar to enhance and flavour your tomato sauces, Bolognese sauces, piperades, ratatouille, basquaise chicken, fajitas or tajines.
