Traditionally made in a copper cauldron, black cherry jam is inspired by a recipe from yesteryear, for the pleasure of young and old alike.
A genuine old-fashioned jam made with whole fruit, black cherry jam is a gourmet ally for your tarts, clafoutis, natural yoghurts,  semolina, etc… In the Basque Country, it’s particularly appreciated as an accompaniment to a slice of Ossau Iraty sheep’s milk cheese, or to prepare homemade Basque cake.
