This unique and original dried sausage, the flagship of Basque charcuterie, has no skin, making it soft and tender. It’s made from the finest pieces of ham, dried in molds, giving it a round, original shape reminiscent of a beret. Its hint of Espelette chilli pepper brings out the full flavor of this exceptional charcuterie.
