Our Espelette chilli pepper fusillis are handcrafted in the interior Basque country (Soule province). They are slowly dried at a low temperature, and shaped in bronze molds to subtly bring out all the flavors of the wheat.
Delicately flavored with Espelette chilli pepper, fragrant and colorful, they will delight the taste buds of young and old alike. Easy to prepare, these fusilli are a cheerful alternative to traditional coquillettes, and will let you travel without leaving your kitchen!
